Each academic year is divided into two terms.  The examinations for B.D.S  courses will be conducted by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, twice in an academic year in the month of June / July (Regular batch) and December (Odd batch), subject to confirmation by the University.    The students are required to Pass in all the four years of Professional Examinations at the end of each academic year. 

The candidates are eligible to take up the University Examination on satisfying all the criteria i.e., Attendance, progress and proper conduct stipulated by the college and University.  A candidate who fails in any exam can re-appear in the next examination (supplementary / odd batch exams) to be held in six months later i.e., at the end of first term.
