CDE program pics with title and description​ Condylar trauma De- mystified ​Cracking the code 

The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery successfully conducted a Continuing Dental Education(CDE) programme titled “Condylar Trauma – De-mystified” on 29th April 2026 at the college auditorium. Theprogramme was organized in a hybrid mode and accredited with 3 CDE points by the Karnataka State DentalCouncil.

  • The scientific sessions covered a comprehensive spectrum of condylar trauma, including historicalperspectives, surgical anatomy, biomechanics, diagnostic approaches, and both conservative andopen treatment modalities. Advanced topics such as endoscopic-assisted ORIF, temporomandibularjoint reconstruction, complications, and long-term outcome evaluation were also discussed.
  • The programme featured eminent speakers from reputed institutions across Bangalore, Chennai,Erode and Nagarcoil and distinguished ENT and plastic surgeons who delivered insightful lecturesand shared their clinical expertise
  • A panel discussion held in the afternoon facilitated in-depth interaction, allowing participants toengage in meaningful academic exchange.
