Dr. Vijaylakshmi is a highly respected senior lecturer in the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology at M.R. Ambedkar Dental College, bringing over a decade of experience, totalling 2 years and 7 months, to her esteemed career. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the prestigious AMES Dental college Raichur and went on to pursue her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) from M.R. Ambedkar Dental College, specializing in Oral Medicine and Radiology.Dr. Vijaylakshmi’s passion for teaching fuels dedication, enthusiasm, sparkling curiosity and a love for learning in her students, thus helping to foster a supportive and positive learning environment, nurturing student growth and wellbeing. Her area of interest lies in Orofacial pain, CBCT and Foundation course in Forensic odontology. Her achievements include securing 2nd position in scientific poster presentation during the 10th International conference of Indo-Pacific Academy of Forensic Odontology and best scientific paper presentation at the 50th Karnataka state and 9th Interstate Dental Conference 2024.
